The Goreville High School 2013 prom, with its theme “Crazy Town,” kicked off Saturday evening with a promenade and coronation held at Illinois Star Mall in Marion as family and friends gathered around the stage to help celebrate the activities. Alex Lloyd and Allison Sullivan were named the 2013 prom king and queen. This was the first year for Goreville High School to conduct its promenade outside of Goreville as the students later left the mall for K.C. Hall where their dance took place.
